Ongoing Content Implementation for a Marketing Agency
This case study shows my approach to content implementation for agencies. For more than two years, I have supported a marketing agency by uploading, formatting and checking supplied website content across repeat engagements.

The Challenge
The agency needed reliable support to turn supplied content into properly formatted website pages. Each assignment required careful implementation, consistent presentation and a final quality check.
My Role
I have supported the same marketing agency as a Content Implementation Specialist for more than two years, across two completed contracts and a third ongoing contract.
My work involves preparing supplied content for the agency’s websites, following project instructions and checking the finished pages.
What I Did
- Uploaded and formatted supplied text, images and other content.
- Organized headings, paragraphs and lists for clear reading.
- Applied the agency’s formatting and brand guidelines.
- Checked content placement and presentation.
- Reviewed completed pages and corrected implementation issues.
The Result
After two completed Content Implementation Specialist contracts, the agency continued working with me through a third contract, which is currently ongoing.
Both completed Content Implementation Specialist contracts received 5-star Upwork ratings. The client’s feedback included:
